This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the gemma4 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the gemma4 platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To register and use gemma4’s services, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Residing in or located in areas where use of this platform is not prohibited by local laws.
- Has never been suspended or banned from using the gemma4 platform before.
- Registering with truthful, accurate, and complete personal information.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Gemma4 reserves the right to reject or terminate any account found to violate the above eligibility criteria without prior notice.

2Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on the gemma4 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts and seizure of existing balances.
When registering, you must provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. This information is required for identity verification and transaction processing. gemma4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any loss arising from inaccurate information is your sole responsibility.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. gemma4 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or other communication methods.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. gemma4 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence in securing your account.
Use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the platform system is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the gemma4 platform, you agree to comply with all established rules and guidelines. This platform is strictly for personal, lawful entertainment purposes only.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gemma4 platform:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activities, money laundering, or other illegal acts.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another individual.
- Using false information or identity during registration or verification.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, system weaknesses, or technical imbalances to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using multiple accounts to manipulate bonus or promotion systems.
- Engaging in any actions that may compromise game integrity or the security of other users.
Users also agree not to post, send, or share any content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes upon third-party rights through any communication channels provided by the platform.
Gemma4 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activities violating the above rules and take appropriate actions, including account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
4Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on gemma4 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available deposit methods include online bank transfers via major local banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other digital payment options supported by the platform at the time.
Deposit Policy
Deposits must be made only through payment methods registered and verified under your account name. Third-party deposits, including from family members, are not accepted and any such deposits will be refunded minus applicable processing fees.
Gemma4 reserves the right to reject any deposits suspected to be linked to fraudulent or money laundering activities. Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method and may change from time to time.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are only processed to bank accounts or digital wallets registered under the same name as your gemma4 account. Processing times vary by method, usually between one to five business days. Withdrawals requiring additional identity verification may take longer to complete.
Gemma4 is not responsible for any transaction delays caused by factors beyond our control, including bank delays or technical issues with third-party payment systems.

5Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Gemma4 Liability Limits
The gemma4 platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate operation at all times. gemma4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
The maximum liability of gemma4 to any user for any claim will not exceed the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Gemma4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if the user is found to breach any terms herein, is suspected of fraudulent activities, or at the request of authorized authorities.
Suspended accounts will be restricted from accessing balances or making transactions until investigations are complete. If violations are confirmed, gemma4 reserves the right to confiscate any remaining balances without compensation.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may contact our support team. Any valid balances will be refunded after verification, subject to applicable compliance requirements.
6Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
Intellectual Property
All content on the gemma4 platform, including but not limited to brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of gemma4 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from gemma4.
Third-Party Links & Services
The gemma4 platform may include links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. gemma4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. Use of any third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Changes to These Terms
Gemma4 reserves the right to modify, add to, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Malaysia.
